Cayman Islands questions

Hi.   I will be on the May 21st sailing of the Seascape.  I am going with my sisters and no one can agree on an excursion so we decided to just go spend the day at 7 Mile Beach.   What is the best way to get there and back?  Also, how do we find a good spot that has access to a restaurant, bars, beach chairs, bathrooms?

Also, since it is a tender port I heard you have to get a number to get off the ship.  Since we won't have an excursion booked will we be last to get off?

I should mention we are staying in the Yacht Club, not sure if that makes any difference or not.  I have never done YC before.

Any ideas are appreciated!!

Thanks!

As a Yacht Club guest, you get priority on and off of the ship even at tender ports. You can head to the lounge and let the butler/concierge know that you are ready to leave the ship. You will be escorted downstairs, skip past the long line of people waiting to tender, and hop on the next available tender to the island.

On the way back, you can walk past the line of people waiting to ride back to the ship and hop on the next available tender. There is usually a MSC officer at the tender location so you may have to show your Yacht Club card but otherwise, you can walk to the front of those lines (security/tendering) and away you go.
