Hi all, we have booked cruise to Haiti, Jamaica and Bahamas by RoyalCaribbeans in march 2023 and if someone here had the same trip I will appreciate for some advices 🙂

What is really interesting for us is to explore the islands as much as it possible.

1. I've just realised that Haiti is almost closed so unfortunately if I understood it correctly We will stay only in Labadie... it's a pitty.

But still there are Jamaica and Bahamas.

2. For Jamaica we'd like to see 7 miles beach, but I see that we have time on the island from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Did someone went there during this trip? Any advices would be helpful

3. Bahamas, for us the best choice would be Pink Beach, but I'm not sure is it possible to get there between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. 😞, if someone managed it, please share your experience.

If You have some other great ideas about this trip just share with us 🙂 thank you

Peter

Welcome to Cruise Critic.  There are boards here for Ports f Call and you might do some research there in the Caribbean area.  You might also see if there is a Roll Call for your cruise.  Roll Calls are where other CC members who are on your same cruise can share ideas about activities.
Are you sure there is a seven mile beach in Jamaica?  The seven mile beach usually referred to is on Grand Cayman.
There is also a separate Ports of Call board for the Bahamas.  EM

@Gosia123

Howdy Peter!

Welcome to Cruise Critic and thank you for your first new thread on the Ask a Cruise Question forum! However, it is the forum for general questions regarding cruising. Your inquiry concerns specific ports of call and is off topic here.

Please remember the following stated in the Guidelines we all agreed to follow when registering for our free Cruise Critic memberships:

Browse Before You Post
Browse a topic first to see if your question has already been asked or answered by someone else. Also, many of the major cruise lines forums have a FAQ (Frequently Asked Question) topic that has been created by our members. Give that a try first. Browsing is your #1 best resource! Please post your messages in an appropriate topic so that you'll receive the best possible response. It is very time consuming to move misplaced messages that are in the wrong topics.

In your case as others have stated, for any RCI research you need to go to the Royal Caribbean International forum. For Labadee, go to the Private Islands forum. You will need to go to the Jamaica and Bahamas forums too. Browse through the thread titles in the forums looking for threads of interest. You will probably find your fellow Cruise Critic members have already posted questions and received answers that may be of interest to you. If not, please feel free to post your inquiry in the proper forum.

Please remember, anytime you need to start a new thread/topic on a forum, first make sure you are in the correct forum for your topic. Word your new thread title in a way to help the members know exactly the information you seek. This greatly helps the members browsing through the thread titles and if they know the information, they will reply to you.

Also, it is best to limit each inquiry to only one topic such as one cruise line, one ship, one port of call, etc. and of course, on the correct forum. You will get more replies that way. Be sure to mention your cruise line, ship, port or sail date in your message as that sort of information will help your fellow Cruise Critic members help you.

The specific Cruise Critic Roll Call thread for your line, ship and sail date will be the place for you to get to know the other Cruise Critic members sailing with you before your cruise. Your fellow Roll Call thread members may have important information posted in your Roll Call thread. Especially those that have sailed your line, ship or itinerary before. Also, there may be excursion or transportation share requests to save money posted in your Roll Call thread.

To explain our Roll Call threads and finding the Roll Call thread for your line, ship and sail date, please read What is a Roll Call? Everything you Need to Know and How To: Create A New Roll Call. Since you do not mention your specific Harmony of the Seas March sail date, I cannot direct you to the existing Roll Call thread for your specific cruise if one already exists. Use the Roll Call Finder Tool at the top of the Harmony of the Seas Roll Calls forum. Here is a clip so you will know what it looks like:

For more information about our famous Roll Calls, please read the Roll Calls and Our Policy Regarding Facebook and Roll Calls sections in the Guidelines. We also have the following Cruise Critic article you might enjoy: 8 Reasons to Join a Cruise Critic Roll Call

And don't forget, after your cruise be sure to submit your review for publication by Cruise Critic. Many cruisers will benefit from your experience! See How To: Submit a Member Review.

So sorry this is so long, but I sincerely hope all this additional information will be helpful to someone new to posting on our message boards. Glad to have you aboard Cruise Critic!

Happy sails,

Host Kat
