The previous two cruises, both in 2021, different ships, did not. Before that (on our last cruise before the shutdown hit), in late 2019, had stickers. The cruises prior to that were also a mixed bag. So definitely seems to be something bartenders remember to do on the first day or they don't. 🤷♂️ Why do you even need the sticker? The information that the S&S card is tied to a cheers package is stored in the computer.

My one cheers experience was that on day 3 I went to one bar and a bar tender added the sticker. My wifes card never got one. It didn't seem like it made any difference. they scan the card anyway and it deals with it.

No limits lol Or just book RCCL and watch a guy walk up to the bar next to you and throw down three double shots in thirty seconds with no time limit in between. The bartender didn't even put the bottle down for him, just waited until he put the glass down to refill. LOL! I guess by day four there, it was a pattern. 😂

It is 15. The only way to get more is a bottle of liquor bought for the room or wine you bring onboard. The other way is having someone that doesn't drink 15/day order you a drink on theirs. But, that technically cannot give it to you. You could both lose your Cheers package. May I ask....if I hit my 15 limit. And a friend who does not have a cheers package in a different cabin buys a drink and gives it to me, is that gonna get me in trouble? I def don't drink 15 every days but on sea days, I could 😊

Nobody is supposed to be served more than 15 drinks a day, but nobody is going to question your extra few drinks unless something happens that causes them to look into it. Rare Tom-n-Cheryl Posted March 6, 2023 #64 Share Posted March 6, 2023 And... 15 drinks for one person might be way different than for someone else. Not only with regard to that persons tolerance (or their size), but also based on what they drink/order: I'll likely never hit the 15 drink limit, but I looked at the 19.2 oz. can of Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing I was enjoying last week and saw it was 6.7% alcohol. That's about the same amount of alcohol as in 2 regular beers or 2 glasses of wine. I have no idea, but I'm guessing that they only counted that beer as one of my drinks... dunno. I know my wife got a drink before, took 30 minutes to come back, and her drink was empty when she did. I think that is going to be more based on how intoxicated someone looks. Could you imagine the confusion that would cause! Better still, just subject everyone to a breathalyzer once then hit 15 "drinks" for the day. 😄 Tom

Maybe it is more of a marketing technique? For those that don't buy Cheers but maybe could, they see the stickers going on the cards that first day, see the "$0.00" total (before added grat, and maybe with US port state tax), and they ask about it?
