Looking on the HAL website I see that once I make a dummy booking a cheaper fare is available without Have It All. But the deposit on that fare is non refundable and there isn't a low price guarantee.

In order to get the Advantage fare, with refundable deposit, you have to call HAL or your TA.  It will be slightly more expensive than the nonrefundable deposit fare.
