3-9-23 Thursday Weigh-in--We Need To Sail On The SEA--Not Eat Everything We SEE!

Sailing on the sea is fun you know

But can't eat everything--No No

 

That goes the same for home you know

Eating everything is a--No No

 

One meal or two--is that all we should do each day

So a loss we will get to say

 

 

I'm having a good time, weather has been in the 70's. Nice after all the cold at home

which their still having.

I won some money, $5000.  It was from a game, got free casino money

and then I turned it in to real money. Hope my luck continues.

 

Haven't been eating to much or to many sweets (yet) Hope can keep it up.

 

Everyone have a good week. Stay safe with the different weather everyone is having,

Caif. is going to have more rain and snow. We don't need it at this time.

I also didn’t weigh today - was back up yesterday.  I seem to be frozen at this wt.  at least  I’m keeping it in control.

I’m up o.4.   It’s going to be a struggle.  Not stressing it’s not the end of the world.  
 

continuing yard work almost done. Lawn greening up nicely.  I’m enjoying my yard for the first time in years.   Doing what I want.  Everyone have a good weekend

Izena - It could have been worse - I know you can get through the struggle.  Nice that you get to work in the yard - I'm looking forward to the snow leaving!!!  We have our youngest grandson here for the weekend - he is so funny.- I just love his laugh!  Jan

Quick Hello. On the way to Hawaii and warmer weather I hope.

Raining now. Just 1st day sailing so must still be in Ca.

 

Still having a good time being spoiled by some. Extra perks.

Then have to go back to normal in a month.😀
