I did not see it.  Its not on my cruise.  It was reported on post #19 from the guy that figured out how to access it.

I didn’t set the price, RCCL did. They  listed it on the web site for specific price. It was purchased for that price. What is the purchaser getting  away with?  The purchaser didn’t do anything wrong.

Not sure many here believe this is legit. But like the $18 DBP mistake, sometimes they honor it and like many others, sometimes they don't. But they certainly won't honor it if I don't purchase it.

Knowns

$90 per package for 2 people regardless of cruise length

Value far exceeds the cost

Not available to all sailings

If they honor it,  you are getting away with $750+ worth of stuff for $89.  You did nothing wrong,  i hope you do.

If this is not a glitch, does anyone think that there would be a limited number offered.  It is date limited but there is no way to know how many people will try to book it within the dates.  There has to be a limit as to how many people some of the listed perks and activities can accommodate.

Plus, it seems you can book it multiple times for the same person, glitch absolutely!

It is available for both cruises on my Oasis B2B in May. I booked it for the first leg. I’m in a suite and I’m D+, so I already get free internet and free laundry bag. I’m doing it for the champagne, the all-access tour and the lunch.

Found it on our Wonder 10/29 sailing. Put in cart and each person is charged $88.99. So I took it out of my cart not worth it for $178.

You only need to book under 1 person. It's a package that covers 2 people.

It’s available for my March 2024 cruise for $122 CDN. But I’m only one person and already receive the internet, laundry and lunch with an officer as part of my point status.  And I don’t think I could drink a bottle of champagne in one sitting.  Interesting enough, it’s available for 2024 but not for my August 2023 Jewel cruise.

I just booked for two people. Each person is in a separate cabin with someone I didn’t have to book for. My cruise is in July. I can wait a few days to see if it’s really a glitch and they refund before cancelling the internet package for them. As of right now, I have nothing to lose.

The bottom line is,,,,, nobody knows. You can claim it’s legit or claim it’s a glitch, you don’t know. Only time will tell.

Thank you, @WVU-79 and everyone else for sharing your experiences with booking this package. I just bought one package which should include both me and DH per their description for our Odyssey cruise coming up in April. I’m going to print out their offer just in case it disappears 😱. I like having a paper trail. I haven’t cancelled my internet package bought at Black Friday prices yet just in case this does turn out to be a glitch and gets cancelled on us. If it still looks good for this package, I’ll cancel the internet before our cruise planner closes pre embarkation. I know we won’t do or use everything listed, but even with just the things we will use it’s a great deal!

You have odd economic ideas.

Is it worth more than $89?  Yes.  Is it worth $750?  Not even 750 Canadian.  😄

Veuve - probably a half bottle, i.e. 375 ml.  $37  at Total Wine.  In bulk purchase, less for RC.

priority embarkation and debarkation - $0

Inside Access tour - costs RC $0

Lunch - marginally better MDR menu - a few bucks

Two VOOM packages - $250 to the consumer; 0 to RC

photos cost about $22

wine probably costs a couple of bucks

laundry would cost you $35, yes.

Get real.

Anyway that this ends it's been fun😇

Yes, it certainly has! It will be even more fun IF they end up honoring it! I’ve got my fingers crossed, but not setting my hopes too high. Definitely holding on to my Black Friday internet until I see how this plays out.

And that's the reason that I think it may have been a "mind experiment" in consumer social media interaction.  😄

I guess their mind experiment worked on me. 😂 I’m not usually a gambler, but I decided to take a shot at this one. If we get to keep the package we’ll have cheaper internet and get to do a number of things we wouldn’t normally do. If not, I’m sure we’ll find plenty of things to do to keep us occupied and we’ll still have a great cruise! 🛳️ 😎

People this is a glitch!!! The exact same thing happened in July 2021 on the Celebrity site. Every purchase was cancelled and refunded. SMH

Yah I think we heard ya the first 5 x - let people have their fun and see what unfolds. The worst that can happen is a refund.
