Rare azbirdmom Posted March 18, 2023 #3 Share Posted March 18, 2023 I was wondering about that too. The letter inside my last Destination Collection (aka cruise atlas, wishbook etc.) was dated in mid-January 2022. I've been periodically checking the brochures page and nothing there. Thinking that this is sadly a relic of the past.
Rare startedwithamouse Posted March 18, 2023 #4 Share Posted March 18, 2023 FWIW, Princess has to pay a team to put it publish. They appear to be running a bare bones shore side operation at the moment.
Rare azbirdmom Posted April 23, 2023 #5 Share Posted April 23, 2023 I've been checking the brochures page and this showed up when I looked today for download only https://www.princess.com/html/global/brochures/pc/princes-cruise-experience.pdf It's called "Princess Cruise Experience" and is similar to the old atlas with one exception - instead of individual cruises it has descriptions of the regions that Princess sails to. There's several pages devoted to the Sun as well. I still wish they would publish a hard copy of the old atlas including actual cruises but it seems like they have moved away from that approach. Rare azbirdmom Posted June 27 #6 Share Posted June 27 They finally have a brand new Destination Collection! During the Princess webinar today they indicated that it is available for ordering now but doesn't appear to be out on the Princess website just yet - the old limited one is still there. But using the QR code it does appear to finally be the complete one that is just like the old one. Probably just a matter of time before it's out there for us. Very happy to have the old cruise atlas available again!
Rare cr8tiv1 Posted June 27 #7 Share Posted June 27 I wonder if ships will also have these available. Thank you. Is this webinair on YouTube?

Yes, still the old one. They did say on the webinar that it was available now but clearly it isn't. But they also said that you could order it by using the QR code and that only allows you to view it. I'm sure it will be enabled very soon, they sometimes make announcements for things that they aren't quite ready to fulfill just yet.

It's on FB, on Carmen Roig's page. Replay is here and the part about the Destination Collection is around 43 - 44 minutes: https://www.facebook.com/PrincessVPSales/videos/259056363952819/?notif_id=1719511240779203¬if_t=live_video_schedule_viewer&ref=notif Edited June 27 by azbirdmom
Rare cr8tiv1 Posted June 27 #12 Share Posted June 27 I was able to use the QR code and download it to my computer. But when I tried to print out specific ship deck plans....I kept getting errors. For instance, Caribbean Princess Deck Plans start on page 128. But to print/save, you have to add 3 pages and start at 131. So painful.

By the way for others interested hopefully this link will take you directly to the Destination Collection https://www.onesourcecruises.com/pdf/onesource/pc/marketing-materials/destinations/the-princess-cruise-experience/Destination Collection_2025_2026_singlepages_FINAL_2024_0425.pdf
Rare cr8tiv1 Posted June 28 #14 Share Posted June 28 Now you post the link. Too late, have it downloaded to my library. But still would like a hard copy.
Rare startedwithamouse Posted June 28 #15 Share Posted June 28 I'm all for hard copies for TAs. We can all view these in PDF format. Waste of paper and resources, these aren't free to print or mail.
Rare azbirdmom Posted July 29 #16 Share Posted July 29 (edited) For those interested the hard copy of the 2025 / 2026 Destination Collection is ready for ordering. I don't know if they are still automatically mailing these out to those who were previously eligible so I just ordered one. Go to this link and scroll down https://www.princess.com/brochures/?track=footer&trackId=free-brochures Edited July 29 by azbirdmom 2

racj846 Posted July 30 #18 Share Posted July 30 You might be disappointed when it arrives. It is not like the old one. Rather it is just a collection of the leaflets they have availabe on the ship at the Future Cruise Dept.

I posted a link to the electronic version in post #13 and it has similar content to what we've seen in the past editions of the Destination Collection aka Cruise Atlas.

kiwimum Posted August 24 #21 Share Posted August 24 (edited) I can finally throw the 2022 - 2023 in the circular file. Great to have the anticipated ship schedule, even though already out of date. Better than the last attempt. Edited August 24 by kiwimum

It shows cruises from Spring 2025 - Spring 2026. But yeah, some deck plans have changed and some itineraries have been dropped (like the recent announcement about the Crown cruises). But IMO it's still worth getting. Edited August 24 by azbirdmom
