Immediately directed to the muster checkin to

get scanned!

Welcome to the party!

DW told me we had to report to muster station even though we were on B2B.  I told her she was nuts because we were in the same cabin and the theater hadn’t moved. Guess who won?

Lesson for the gents, your wife is right more often then you are. 🤣

(And of course I didn’t literally use the word “nuts”)😎

Couple of housekeeping points…

I have no idea whether the pier has WiFi.  Once you get there, you keep moving.  As best as I could tell, there were no areas to “hang out”…with the possible exception of

the Haven check in.  Aside from that, it’s really. not a place to just hang out.

Not that familiar with The Local’s menu.  I’m usually there for food late at night, after the casino.  Don’t know if it’s better, worse, or the same.

My food was good for lunch, though!

Not saying it is better or worse, they just pulled some old favorites, probably to make it easier on the kitchen.  I miss the shepherds pie.

So is that your reward for organising the meet and greet?

No…..my blood, sweat and tears organizing the Meet and Greet has so far gone unrewarded.  However, I will accept DSC deposited directly in my OBC account as compensation.

Treats were actually provided as part of being Sapphire Latitudes!

Yes

Actually you got those because you organized the meet and greet.  Fruit is not part of latitudes (except for the chocolate covered strawberries.) That’s also why you have the card from the GM. You should experience regular check-ins while dining from the GM’s secretary.  They used to give the organizer of meet and greets access to the Haven for breakfast and lunch but I believe that has been discontinued due to two bloggers.
