Alabaster Cruiser Posted April 13, 2023 #2 Share Posted April 13, 2023 Good morning! We had recently changed from diet coke to decaffeinated sugar free. Yesterday I looked and saw calorie count of 140 on can! I asked DH what happened and he said "oh they were out of the calorie free so I bought the regular ones". I had been drinking them like water for 2 days! I was so angry at myself for not noticing the change of color of the can.😫😫😫 But, inspite of that I was down 2 pounds this week. So all is well. MTNest93 Posted April 13, 2023 #3 Share Posted April 13, 2023 Ugh - sorry about that Alabaster - how frustrating!! Happy to say I was really good over Easter. We took my mother-in-law to brunch and I didn't cheat at all. Even with 7 grandkids, no candy either! I'm down 2.2 lbs today which I am thrilled with. I started walking this week now that we finally have some good weather in Wisconsin and it feels great to be outside and moving more. I'm nearly 1/2 way to my goal before our cruise and if I keep up the pace, I'll be there about 2 weeks before we leave - which I'll need to buy some new clothes! I’m working on getting back to an acceptable routine. I have no excuses. Jazzper did very well with having teeth cleaned and multiple extractions. Jan enjoying her cruise, Izena, Susan and MT hope your on track. I had a not so good weekend of being hungry late at night. My fault only ate one meal a day, when do that need a healthy snack too. I'm worried about Jo she hasn't been on awhile. Hope she's alright Ombud hasn't either but I see her name on other things so know she's alright. Miss the people who come on once or twice then leave. Wonder did they give up or doing great on their own. Wish we would talk more and get more people on here again. Know it's hard when we take cruises off and on.
