Parking at Cape Liberty with 3 Ships

Recommended Posts

Just looking to see how parking is being handled with 3 ships ? Garage, Big Lot across from Terminal or way down the back passed old canvas terminal ? We were on Summit last year and put way down in the back. On Oasis put in lot across from Terminal ? Are they still putting HANDICAPPED only in the garage ? Possibly Liberty too ? Any response would be appreciated. Sailing on 5/21.

The garage will be handicap only. Where you are told to park will vary from day to day depending by volume and schedule.

On Oasis now, garage is handicapped parking. We were directed to a lot across from garage. The lots filled quickly and those arriving later were having issues finding parking and were being sent in circles according to posts on a different forum.

that is a shame as they say they guarantee parking.  I see room for further development and another garage if the port wants to invest money.

The shuttle, from the distant parking spaces at Cape Liberty, was in use for the May 4 Liberty sailing. 1 cruiser assigned to a distant lot said payment was required at the time of parking, as was reported in 2022.

Handicapped parking is usually assigned to the parking garage next to the terminal. If and when the garage is at full occupancy regular and handicapped passengers are sent over to the large lot across from the terminal. When that fills up you are then directed to the outside warehouse lots located to the west of the terminal area. The walk back over to the terminal takes less than ten minutes. This was the scenario I encountered on my last Adventure Of The Seas five day sailing to Bermuda in June 2022.
