Russell21 Posted May 30, 2023 #1 Share Posted May 30, 2023 I use a CPAP machine for Sleep Apnea, and need distilled water for the machine. Does P&O provide distilled water the same as Princess and Carnival do?

You must pre-order it on the medical area of your Cruise Personalizer or Medallion app.

I had a quick look at the P&O site (which I am sure you have done as well) and couldn't see anything - but as they prohibit taking on plastic/glass bottles (including water) I am wondering if this applies to medically required water as well and if so I would expect that distilled water is available for purchase on board. Can you find an email address at all or hopefully someone who has cruised specifically on P&O will post an answer.

However, the person has to register in the Medical section before boarding.

They do, but you need to touch base with them. https://www.pocruises.com.au/faqs/things-to-know-before-you-go/how-do-i-advise-of-any-special-requests-including-medical-dietary-and-mobility-requirements
