@MeganGC1983....AMAZING photos!

BUT from one senior gal to a young senior gal...those sandals will destroy your knees as you get older, take it from a gal who's walked in them and just had knee replacement surgery!  Proceed with CAUTION!

The wedges will be for special, basically not walking occasions lol

At the gate, they are making everyone with rolling wheel suitcase check because of a busy flight… unless you are business class.

I see this all the time now.  So much for traveling with carryons only.

Heathrow is experiencing storms. We can’t take off for 40 more minutes. They’ve also extended the time planes can land there. Apparently, normally they don’t let planes land after 11:30 but tonight they extended it until midnight. Let’s see how this goes.

Side note we were talking about… every time we have tipped, everyone has been extremely grateful. Even as I type this they brought us shots of ouzo. The hospitality is amazing.

Tipping is such an American "thing" - it's kinda out of place and gets strange looks sometimes. but I still do it for great service, maybe cuz I'm American? !o!

Hey @MeganGC1983 hope you had a safe flight; appreciate you taking us along on your adventure. Did you have any of this? It's what I brought home from my Med cruise - DH says it warmed all the way down.

You can probably tell by the amount of dust, we've had it a while, lol!!

@MeganGC1983....safe travels home to the kiddos!

This has been a memorable trip for sure, so glad you got the opportunity to take the cruise!  You are a hard worker in deed even when on vacation!

The photos of Greece are stunning and traveling outside the US looks amazing, except for the long long journey to get across the pond!

Worth it.  But try to save up or use miles to at least get premium economy. Or two seats together ((if it’s 2-4-2) works
