Aloha.  As an italian believe it or not, I too enjoy the Olive Garden although I cannot tell my relatives lol! I find the italian restaurants in NY are essentially the same no matter price or notariety although I enjoy the variety. I love cooking.  I Hawaii there is one Italian restaurant we frequent owned by a gentleman born in Japan but trained in Italy. He prepares a sicilian dish my grandmother made that is fantastic.  His cooking rivals the restaurants in NY.  Love your reports and pictures as always!

Yes, it’s very smooth with Virgin. I think it’s because they give you so much time. No cattle call rushing.

I’m really glad we didn’t fly back today. I couldn’t imagine having to rush and then that long flight back. A little recovery and more sightseeing.
