Constellation showers

Does anyone know if the concierge cabins on the Constellation have a door or curtain in the shower? First time on this ship. Thanks

Our last cruise was on Constellation (Oct/Nov 2022) and although we were just in a regular balcony cabin, I am pretty sure that Concierge class has shower curtains.

I like your avatar photo.

Thanks. Not the answer I was hoping for. I guess that was part of the never done revolution. Boarding on Saturday ( Athens).

Have a nice cruise.  The ship and crew during our sailing were terrific.

The Constellation shower curtain really was not a huge issue for us.  We booked a Sunset Verandah on Deck 7.  When we boarded and arrived at our stateroom door there was a Concierge Class sign on the door.  This Constellation shower curtain was a thousand times better than the one on Azamara Onward which blew around and stuck to me.  I am not sure if the quality of the shower curtain varies by stateroom category on Constellation.  By the way it is a truly lovely ship.

Just off last week after 38 days.   Yes curtain in all non suite rooms except A1's on deck 11 and the new port side Oceanview next to Quisine.

Hint.   Ask when the Butcher Shop is going to be held in the evening buffet and don't miss it.  The Chef on that ship is doing a great job managing his budget and providing things not being done on other ships.  So keep it quiet.

That's not a cruise, that's a short term rental!  Explains why you have been radio silent the past month.  Welcome back.

Connie crew was wonderful.   We were in MDR the whole trip and probably in the top 3 dining experience on Celebrity including many Luminae and Blu sailings.   One weird thing was there was no Senior Officers party on the 2 sailings after the TA.  The first one we just chalked up to the Reflections (Sky) lounge being unavailable for the full 13 days until 9:30 pm as they had a special Park West group onboard.  But the final sailing was the same.

Park West and their flea market of stuff taking over the Reflections lounge would be annoying to me. 13 days of it is too much. Agree the crew on Connie is great , but letting Park West take over the best public indoor space on the ship is so wrong......  Just a few times in this lounge on our 11 night sailing was bad enough in November as the Park West clutter was annoying.

The kicker was they still had the regular auctions in Rendezvous.  It was a group of Park West customers who were comped the cruise much like Blue Chip Club comps casino players.   I'm betting a bunch of art was sold in the Reflection lounge.

I am glad you enjoyed your cruise.  With regards to the Park West group tying up the Sky Lounge every day, was that due to onboard auctions or some private function for Park West?

Park West 🙄

I wonder how they stay open

Bad reviews are the least of their problems.  Park West has always seemed to have lawsuits and legal problems on their hands (2008 Dali example, more recent Max example).  You should buy their art only because you like it and not for investment reasons.

Park West was booted off ships a few years ago. They returned, but complaints continue.  The kickback that the cruise lines get makes them still a thing...

But I could have sworn that there was another art auction company in its place.

I was onboard for the May 2-15 sailing and I made a Point to let Management KNOW I was PI---ED off about them letting Park West highjack the Reflections Lounge for most of the cruise!

I told them that the Lounge is an important Reason I booked the Cruise and as Public Space that should be open to all guests Most of the time selling out to Park West was BAD choice.

I hope X does not start doing this often.

I would certainly not be happy with this. The lounge is our favourite place to sit during the day if the weather isn’t good enough for sitting out on deck. Also a lovely place for a pre dinner drink.

You can be "not happy", "PI--ED" off or whatever.  This stuff happens with groups onboard.  Groups are big revenue generators so no matter what it too bad on you.

Like ports, you can't depend on every venue being available on your sailing.  Just a fact of life.

No I didn't think it was right either.
