Can't get into Personal Info & Docs on medallion

Just got an email from Princess that says I need to select arrival time and confirm passage contract on medallion. 

 

When I open the app I see the QR code and it says to proceed to the green lane.  I scroll down a bit to where there is a green check next to Passage Contract, and I click on that. There is a light gray check mark there.  I try to click on it but it won't let me. What to do now?

If the wonky app won't cooperate, just take your booking documents and show up at the pier at your convenience.  Explain the issue and they'll take care of you.

 

Don't waste your time, that you'll never get back, on the app.

If you have a QR code you’re checked in.

 

For Arrival groups, about 59  to 12 days before sailing…

We have found the arrival time to be pretty much meaningless. Don't worry about it.
