Soda + Internet package?

On my previous RCCL cruises, I've been able to get a Soda + VOOM package at a discounted rate. We're going on Symphony in Europe in September and get Emails from RC just about every day. They've been discounting the Deluxe Beverage + VOOM, but I haven't seen the Soda + VOOM this time. Is that something I might see closer to the cruise, or maybe not at all since its Europe or have they dropped that promotion on all cruises?

That option seems to have been gone for a while fleet wide.

I've only seen it on black Friday deals.

Yep I saw it with the DBP months ago for an October cruise but it wasn't a good deal.  Now that I have both DBP and Voom booked I'd love to know if it's a better deal to combine them but when I have checked I see no combo options.  I'm not too worried, and don't check often, now it's more curiosity!

I should have clarified that "a while" has been about 6 months or the transition to Starlink.

My wife and I have it on Voyager sailing this weekend. Purchased in March I think

I agree with Biker.  I feel like it disappeared from sailings as each ship moved to Starlink.
