Club Royal Offers

Recommended Posts

Just curious if you are getting offers on the website. In the last three weeks, I have not had any posted.  I am Signature, and would receive offers every Monday and sometimes more.  I am thinking it may be the season, or I am on the naughty list.  Would appreciate any feedback.  Thanks.

Prime here and I haven't received any offers for the past couple months. Had plenty of good offers last year, then went down to 200 off early this year, and completely gone now. My last booked cruise was in March

Just hit prime in May and have received multiple mailed AND emailed offers with Inside or OV cabins on select sailings, up to 7 days on older class ships. I booked a cruise for next year using the $500 off from the onboard certificate they put in our room on the next to last day of the cruise. Soooo, very much a YMMV situation I guess from Royal.

I'm Prime and Diamond. Took 3 casino offered cruises in the last year ( Allure, Harmony and Freedom) and have 2 more booked. November and February on Symphony and Freedom. I receive offers every month or maybe a little more for all types of ships including Oasis Class. Int, OV and OV Balcony. I upgrade to balcony if its an OV offer.

DH has been signature for the last three or four years and has never received an offer!  I'm Prime and have never received an offer. Just the annual tier cruises. ☹️

If you call casino and try to book something they don’t comp you?

All three of us receive new offers every month. We used the offer to book the Wonder on Oct 1st and the Allure on 12/4. Neither cruise cost us more than port fees & taxes and all three of us booked our own cabins. (DW, DS25 & myself) Two balconies and an OV with freeplay. Haven't booked a cruise without an offer in at least five years. We're all three Prime.......

We always book through the casino and all they give us is a five or ten percent discount - pitiful.

The only free ones are annual tier and what is earned from play on a sailing. I've inquired several times and they give a canned response saying it is based on several things, blah, blah, blah.

DH gambled once on a Carnival cruise a few years ago and he gets daily offers for complimentary cruises from them (but no thanks).

I just received a $250 off next cruise from Club Royale. I already have a cruise booked that I booked 3 weeks ago!...Can I put this certificate towards it?

The answer to this question is almost certainly, "no".  The casino certificates/monthly offers are for new bookings only.  Has anyone ever been allowed to apply a certificate/monthly to an existing booking ?  Probably....but it's not allowed per policy.

I actually had this coversation with a rep yesterday. If you are booking a ship less than 1 years old you wont get any offers for it.

I booked Utopia of the seas for next August and had to pay full fare. I am prime and consistently receive offers for balcony or junior suites. the rep said if i get a cruise with a cash value i can use it towards my booking

Let me add....there is a single exception to this "rule".  If you purchased an open casino booking (using an offer code) on Next Cruise, you may (probably can) apply a certificate/monthly offer to that booking.

Hi - in my experience, you can only use/combine "matching" offers you and your spouse receive. Usually that's from the same sailing, or those having a similar code. We don't seem to be allowed to "stack" individual offers.

As far as getting offers recently, we have both received new offers in the last few months.  Not a lot, though...

This is not completely true.

You cannot use your tier cruise on a ship that is less than 1 year old. (that is even debatable at times as I have done it) However, ships less than a year old are frequently on offers and certificates.

That is good to know thank you.

When i hit prime i never received anything for a tier cruise. I did receive a bunch of offers on club royale offers though.

Maybe because the cruise is so far out they couldnt do anything for me.

I have another weekend cruise in november. I should either hit signature or close to it, hopefully it will upgrade the sailings offered

August 2024 sailings will not show up on instant certs until the September on-board certificate batch. That does not mean Utopia will be on there, though. Email offers for July/Aug sailings will not likely hit the casino offers website until March/April next year.
