Do we have to fill out ocean ready prior to checkin?

I plan to bring a group of seniors and they are not tech savvy and it is a lot of work to check in for each one can I bring them to port and check in there without prior doing it via mobile app

Instead of using to mobile app we helped a non tech friend of our via the we based service. That way they didn’t have to do hardly anything at the port

There is a URL link in the Cruise Personalizer.

You also don't have to. It will just take longer at the port if you haven't done it, but it's not a big deal.

Yes, just go to the cruise personalizer and check in

However, if they have a hard time with the computer stuff, they may not want to do that either. 🤔

 

If you are not ocean ready, you must checkin at least 90 mins before sailing.

Due to the security measures.

 

We had some seniors travel with us and I found the Princess App (not web App) easier to navigate for each person.  
I think it is a little better on cruise day to just pre check in for them, in case of issues.  But, I don’t know how many people you are talking about.  I just got them all together with us before the cruise and we checked in on the App.

 

If they want to wait…make sure all their passports are valid, documents they may need and print the travel summary of each booking.  Ocean medallions if they ordered them . You’ll be ready to check in.
