But which one is better? Taste or Savor? 😄

One will be facing the pier, the other won't.  It depends on whether the ship turned before docking or will turn after pulling away from the pier.  It should be easy to tell which is which, so you can choose your preferred view.  Other than that, no difference.

It's 'six of one, half a dozen of another'.  They're both right across from the other on Deck 6 AFT, have the same menu, the wait staff rotates between the two & the food comes from the same kitchen(s).

Have a good cruise!

In February on the BA, they did not open until noon, so if you boarded early there was a short wait.  O Sheehans was open, though.

we were shocked in January when thought there would be a wait and both dining rooms were open about 11:30 when we walked up.  This was on Breakaway.  I will say first time in maybe 10 cruises. Always have to wait until noon.
it is just me but we enjoy the dining room for embarkation meal.

There is not any real difference in them. They both use the same kitchen, the only difference is the decor.

On the Escape, the decor is identical.

We always enjoy a sit down meal for lunch on embarkation day.  The morning is always a bit hectic and it’s nice to sit, have a welcome aboard beverage and a nice white tablecloth dinner.  In New Orleans (where I was raised) it’s always nice to watch the river traffic while we dine.   Ahhhh, that’s how to start a vacation 🤗
