Can someone tell me what are VIP benefits? We have several offers but they do not tell what the VIP benefits are

Thanks

Doug

We leave Saturday on a VIP cruise.

Our last VIP cruise we had a card that was good for free drinks while in the casino ony.  (we didn;t have a drink package, so it worked out well)

Everyday we would get a gift in our room, chocolate covered strawberries, princess packing cubes, miscellaneous stuff.

You are also suppose to get priority boarding,

We were on a VIP cruise last month. We had our usual free stateroom and free play. While on the cruise there were gifts sent to the cabin several times (most of them not really a big deal). I add n do tired of chocolate covered strawberries that we asked room service to not deliver anymore. At night in the casino there are several raffles for free play that only VIP players weee eligible for. This happened several times every night and you did have to be present to win. I got $150 in free play and my wife $600. We both also hit jackpots of around $4,000

I think I got lost in the shuffle of my VIP Cruise.  All I got was strawberries,  it I was having so much fun I didn’t take the time to go ask anyone in the casino-haha.

Is a "VIP cruise compliments of the casino" any free room offer or, more likely, something that is explicitly stated as "VIP" during booking or in the offer?

we receive email offers or mail offers and they are marked as VIP cruises.  You can not book any cruise you want and have it be a VIP - they have set aside certain cruises that are VIP

Those shown s VIP will have extra hosts in the casino and lots of raffles for free play each evening. Plus some gifts sent to your cabin like bottles of wine chocolates etc

Thanks everyone.  These seem like fun...at least something a bit different or special.

We've also gotten bottles of wine and dining in specialty restaurants.

This sounds like Carnival Premier type cruises.  It is by invitation only and has some nice extras included.  The downside is the casino can be very crowded.

It is a lot like Carnival since Princess is within the Carnival Corp. we just got some tax forms for some jackpots we had on the June VIP cruise and they came from Carnival Corp
