If you arrive to Canada via Cruise ship you need no extra paperwork. Different if flying. Need things for USA.

I think there are forms to fill in on the way there, but nothing needed ahead of the cruise.  We go in Sept.

 

People flying in on do need extra paperwork, I think.

If you fly in you will need a eTA. On line application and 7 dollar fee.
