Basic Wifi Package Cost?

This week, we just booked a Nov 7 day and decided not to book All Inclusive.

We do want to buy a wifi package and I am looking at the flash sale, however we do not need the Premium package, the Basic will do just fine. The flash sale doesn't show a Basic pkg price.

Does anyone know how much basic wifi usually is? I did some one article that said any bookings after June 1, 2023 can no longer even get basic wifi but I am not seeing that on the Celebrity website so I am not sure if that is true?

Does anyone have any tips or prices for me to use as a comparison to the Premium flash sale which is showing as $26.58 CAD/per day. TIA

The Basic surf wi-fi is only available as a part of AI.  Purchasing separately premium is  the only option.

Wondering if basic or premium WiFi can be purchased by the day?

I  think they do have some hourly internet onboard but it's obscenely expensive.

Yes it can but the prices are extremely HIGH.   It will be shown as an option once on the ship under Wifi and discounted by your CC level.     

 

On my last cruise with the Zenith Discount ( Elite Plus get a 35% discount not sure what they used for Zenith as we get free internet as a benefit) the price was $24.98 for 24 hours.   It is Premium Wifi they do not sell the basic on a hourly or daily basis.

It may be that flash sale prices are different on each cruise, but our Summit cruise is showing flash sale for premium wifi at $15.99, so 21.65 CAD today.

Thanks Jim.  I think I’ll just pretend that I am back to traveling without technology…no phone; no internet; no problem! 😉
