Shore Excursion Refunds?

If I had to cancel a Royal Caribbean cruise two weeks from cruise date, would they give a refund on prepaid shore excursions and port transfers?

You can get a refund even if you cancel on board more than 48 hours out. The online planner gets locked out about 2+ days out so after that you can only cancel on board.

Yes, but once onboard it goes as an OBC...which of course you can then cash out.

If you cancel them before you cancel the cruise they will be refunded quicker in most cases
