How often does a mooring line snap on a Celebrity ship?

Tugs assigned to the ship stay with the ship even while docked? (I would have figured once docked, they move on to another ship entering/leaving the harbor)

Normally they do but in instances of high winds or seas, the Captain can request tugs on standby.

emergency so they arrived fast. There was very little room between us and another ship. Captain was not onboard either but arrived FAST via Venice police boat
