skynight Posted November 25, 2023 #1 Share Posted November 25, 2023 For Information, Good News: As reported on one of the other threads I emailed hello@stockperks.com with the required information and attached a redacted copy of my financial statement showing ownership of Carnival stock. Email was sent Thanksgiving morning, the 23rd. I received an automatic acknowledgement that they received my request. This morning, the 25th, I received another email stating the OBC was applied to my two booking numbers. I checked my bookings on the Princess web site and the OBC was posted. Post 186 Please remember as I stated earlier this method of using the email address is for those having issues with the app. I was at the time with my iPhone6 (a known issue with Stockperks that they are working on).
