Xpress Pass says Concierge-Classic-Pearl

Anyone know what this means?? The other Xpress Passes only have Concierge-Classic.

Pearl is your Blue Chip Club casino status level.

Concierge is your type of room, which comes with several perks that a regular veranda room wouldn't have.  Classic is the beverage package that you have, and Pearl is your current casino status or level.

Thank you-understood all but the pearl, although I thought classic was our Captains Club level since we have the premium beverage package. Guess my sister achieved that after her “big” winnings on the slots last year-lol ;-)

The beverage packages show on the Xpress Pass with

PALL for premium package

CALL for Classic package

It is! Stateroom category, Loyalty Level and Casino Level are the three things...

Pearl seems to be the lowest and basic level at the casino. I never gamble. A few years ago I played roulette only once with $20 onboard credit. Since then it says Pearl on my card.

No, Classic is theCaptains Club level

 

beverage package information does not show on the express pass, but it will show on your Seapass card

I believe Cel means classic drink pkg. I had that on an Xpress pass last cruise when I actually was in Retreat with Premium pkg. I had to call and get a correction made to the Xpress pass or my card would have stated classic pkg. If I were you, I would call Capt. Club and be sure your pass shows Prem. pkg. Or you will be standing at Guest Services to get your card changed to show your premium pkg.

The retreat Host could have taken care of that for you and even printed you a new SeaPass card

When it comes to beverage package the Xpress pass will say CALL for Classic and PALL for Premium.

Spelled out Classic on the top - as the OP mentioned - is the loyalty level and has nothing to to with beverage package.

Same with ours but of the 3  Xpress passes two state CALL, PALL and one states PALL, CALL, but all of us have the premium beverage package. Weird imo

That tell me you upgraded your drink package from Classic to Premium.
