Two week gap in Serenity 2025 schedule?

Does anyone know why there is no cruise scheduled on Serenity from September 30 to October 14, 2025?

I believe that is a charter.

There is a dry dock for 2025 but believe that is after WC ends.

While on board this summer ,there was talk of renovation of the Classic suites.And that these would be finished in time for our November cruise.

Just found out from our TA that there are two 7 day cruises, round trip NY.

Crystal wasn’t aware that they weren’t listed on the website, and they’ll work on adding them.

At the present time, there are no cruises as this is planned for a charter.

I hear you. This is a complaint I've heard as long as I've sailed with Crystal.

 

With that said, I can say the same thing about pretty much every customer service center I call such as stores, hotels, airlines, and a range of service providers. Some have complete information and on occasion some provide incorrect information.  

 

Even at hotels or on ships once in awhile information is also wrong.

 

I realize the goal should always be 100% accurate and complete information though.

It just goes to show you how easily people make things up. Do they lie? Fib? Delude themselves? Guess? Fake it?

 

I agree, Keith. It happens everywhere.

 

Mr B used to say the three words he loved to hear were “I don’t know.” Then he knew he could expect some credibility in the rest of what the person said. He was talking about medical students and house staff! Even other attendings or private docs.

Just checked the website.

It turns out that the information given by Crystal to our TA was correct.

There are now two 7 day round trip NY cruises listed for the two week gap

between Sept 30 and Oct 14.

Yes in the end your TA was told right. 

And I wanted to post but couldn't find the thread.

 

Here is the story.

 

While on the Holiday Cruise there was a printout of 2025 sailings on board Serenity and Symphony.  I saw the two NYC ones listed. I checked the web site and still not there.  I spoke with one of the two on board consultants to see what their reservation system showed. It showed the two sailings and I asked does it look bookable and yes it was.

 

I contacted my TA and they followed up with Crystal on this, found out what caused the problem, and Crystal said they would get it in the system.  I also contacted Crystal as well.

You can book these in the same manner as the other cruises on the web site; through a TA or though Crystal directly. I would use a TA but that is each persons decision.
