Cars are US (drivers side on left) but drive on left like British

I saw cars with driver side on the left so I assumed it was US driving rules such as drive on right side.

They were driving on left side like British. :o

I looked the wrong way when crossing 2 way street.

I can imagine 2 cars passing each other on a narrow road to be more dangerous

Really no difference on a narrow road since you are (or should be) more aware of the need to be cautious…But absolutely more dangerous on “normal” roads when both vehicles are in the same lane at normal speeds. And of course roundabouts are the most fun for the first time 😯

Glad you didn’t have a mishap!
