Cruise planner not working

Is the cruise planner working for anyone at the moment. I can sign in but whenever I try to pick anything in the planner( excursions, dinning, internet,etc) the ships wheel just spins and eventually says to check back later. I can see the cruise but can't see anything in the planner. This is on mobile and desktop with multiple browsers. Just trying to see if it's a site issue or just me.

I couldn't even sign in at first...kept telling me that my password was incorrect. Once I changed it and got in, I saw the same message in the planner as you did.

Wasn't working a few minutes ago for me, but it's working now.

 

Edit:  It gets further, but then the wheel of [mis]fortune returns.  😞

That's what happened to me. The planner page looks good but if you try to actually click on anything you get the blue wheel of doom or the "oh ship page not found" page.

I've had trouble also lately the planner wants a reservation number first. Sometimes I can access it easily sometimes not. Hit or miss...but definitely it's been wonky !!!

It hasn't worked since Cyber Monday. There was a good deal on an excursion we wanted and the add to cart button was greyed out. Watched the sale expire and now the excursion is back to full price. I wonder if they did that on purpose so they wouldn't have too many people booking stuff at a lower cost.
