This (Montreal > Miami > Caribbean > Miami) is fine ... no PVSA issues. We've done similar itineraries on several occasions.

So, doing a B2B consisting of 2 different Miami round trip legs would be fine since you ultimately leave from and come back to the same port?

Trip is booked...Montreal to Miami and RT Miami ( Caribbean ). Found an interesting hotel in Montreal and used credits to rebook flights. New flights were cheaper. A good day for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at the St-Martin Hotel Particulier, once I got over thinking of it as the 'hotel peculiar"...
