Is there a men's steamroom on the Koningsdam

In addition to the coed steamroom (which is located inside the Thermal Spa), there is a separate sauna each for men and women that is available to use at no charge. The women's is the door closest to the Thermal Spa, the men's is just to the right of it.

Here's the women's; it has a Bucket Splash and regular shower in it. Pictures taken this week while on K'dam:

Having never been on a HAL ship can I ask a few questions ?

Is there a free sauna on New Statendam too?

Do you pay for drinking water in  your stateroom?

Are there pillow choices in the verandah rooms, could I swap pillows too hard?

Yes, there is a free sauna on N. Statendam. You pay for bottle water in your cabin. The tap water, which is fine, is free.

I think we often confuse "Sauna" with "Steam Room" while similar they are not the same. I'm really not into either of them but have been involved in building both kinds. Saunas are a dry heat with the occasional addition of steam by pouring water on the hot stones. A steam room has a steam generator filling the space with steam. I think the OP is asking if there is a men's "steam room", I think the quick answer is no.

@hobgoblin yes there is a sauna for use at no charge, the steamrooms (multiple rooms of different types) are available for use w/the purchase of a Thermalpass. The pictures I posted earlier in this thread are from the women's sauna, but I assume the men's is similar.

I have to wonder if the question about "men's" steam room is pretty specific. The answer is no there isn't a "Men's" steam room; there are steam rooms available (for a fee) for both men and women at the same time. So if you want to go for a steam in the altogether (as is common in some cultures or venues) that's not going to be on.

Correct - steamrooms are coed and not free (accessed via Thermalpass purchase); saunas are separate for men and women and available w/o extra charge.
