How do you post a photo

What do I need to do to post a photo in a comment?

In your comment, at the bottom you will see choose files.  Click on that and you can post from your photo library.  I’m not sure how you do it otherwise unless from a hosting site, like Shutterfly.  But I usually do that with my surface pro, rather than the iPad I’m on now.

Thank you. I only saw the other media choice and that didn’t work.
