The Casino crew replaced 10 slot machines while we were docked in New Orleans and the casino was closed...

Last I heard was that it was going for a bit of a smarten up for 17 days in April. After its transatlantic cruise to Barcelona.

 

All staterooms getting new carpets and getting a general spruce up.

 

Some of the public areas were upgraded during covid I believe.

 

Anyway, hoping I am right as we are due on Connie 13th May in Rome.

I did a search on cruise plum earlier today to find the cheapest 15 Celebrity cruises in Concierge Class. By cheapest, I mean cruise fare per person per day. All 15 of them were 10 nights or longer. I didn't check other cabin classes but I assume I'd get similar results.

 

Long cruises simply aren't as profitable for Celebrity.
