I’ve had this problem for months.  Sometimes it works, sometimes not, and some times intermittently. All frustrating.  Chrome works better than Safari.  They usually do their updates over the weekend.  Could something have gone wrong?  Aka Sheldon Cooper.

I am having two problems, both started last week when they rolled over to the new sales starting March 1st.

 

1. When I search for cruises it shows interior stateroom pricing by default. I am unable to change to balcony, mini-suite or suite staterooms. It always defaults back to interior.

 

2. When going through the process to book a cruise, after I select a cabin you get to the page to select whether you want to add plus or premier. This almost always fails (I did get it to load once, guess I got lucky).

 

I talked to customer service about this and they seemed to have no interest in doing anything such as passing on my complaint to whomever could get it fixed. They just wanted to know what cruise I wanted to book.

 

I e-mailed customerrelations@princesscruises.com but have not received a response.

Thanks yes i tried in another browser and it still doesn't work. Could be canada which would explain why they aren't quick to fix it lol. I will try another cruise and see if that makes a difference.

No i tried another cruise and it still didn't work. Bizarre. Just to add, its no big deal - i actually wasn't booking just trying to see if you booked 3 people if you'd get the third free. Just annoying.

I've been dealing with this too for days. Tried different browsers, clearing caches, private browsing, etc. Also Canadian. You'd think Princess would be quicker to resolve this after maybe noticing Canadians stopped booking? LOL

Not unusual.   Uninstall and reinstall the app.  Cycle your phone/computer turning it off for at least 30 seconds.  Clear your browsing history.

Princess site is very difficult sometimes.  I give it a couple tries then simply call them.  Showed up at the pier with the confirmation from my TA and Princess.  Nothing else.   Sorted at the pier.

Probably Canadians are too nice to complain!
