Can you use the steam room and other amenities of the spa even if you are not having a booked spa service? I have only used when I have a massaged booked.

Yes. Just walk in at any time. The facilities are open to all.

I have to add that I just finished my first cruise with Regent and the steam room and other amenities were a highlight.  I was on Grandeur, and it was fabulous.  I couldn't figure out the aromatherapy option, but the steam was great as was the sauna and showers.  I booked my next cruise on the Navigator, and I was pleased to see they have the same amenities.  Not Grandeur style, but they will get the job done.

Be aware, or 'beware', that the cube seats in the cold room are heated, but only in the middle!

I think only on Grandeur on the back deck.

There is an “Infinity” pool on the back spa deck on Splendor but no hot tub.
