St. Lucia and Dominca were again ship days for us. We've spent days at the Lotus Spa Pool. Dinners between the buffet and MDR... shows in the theater... nightcap at Crooners. The runway in St. Lucia is a scary one. Dominica had rain off and on all day but it's a rainy island.

Yesterday was St. Thomas and we took a taxi to Megan's Bay. We were the only ship in port. It was formal night and there was lobster and beef medallions in the main dining room. Afterwards we went up to Adagio for an after dinner drink and then to the theater to see Rock Opera when the curtains abruptly came down. Apparently there was an issue. This very same thing happened in December where there was an issue with the moving stage endangering the cast. They really need to fix this properly apparently. We got up and left because last time after sitting there for awhile they finally dismissed us and the show didn't go on. I don't know what the outcome was last night.

Adagio on Deck 16 aft right next to Sabatinis. A quiet place for a pre dinner or post dinner cocktail or evening nightcap. During the day it's great for relaxing or playing cards. There's a door at the back that opens up into a deck with wicker style furniture...a nice place for sailaway.

As expected by us, Grand Turk has been cancelled due to high winds.  The Captain is presenting himself at Guest Services in case those on board want to yell at somebody...he doesn't want it to be his crew.😮

Be nice people... it's for the safety of everyone.

It was a little after 10.  An hour later we were on the ship. Cabins weren't ready until around 1.

Great time to get the muster check-in out of the way. Have a welcome aboard drink and do a little exploring. We skip eating as we always eat breakfast at the pre cruise hotel.

Today was taken up by a meeting of the in transits in club fusion at 9... followed by lunch...followed by Voice of the Ocean... some great talent on this ship... cocktails on the aft pool area... dinner and now Mission lmpossible on MUTS.  Nice to not be packing. Friends coming on board tomorrow... friends remaining onboard... get ports ahead for the next 10 days.

How was St Thomas being the only ship in port? We were going to stay on the ship because it has always been ridiculously crowded on shore. Then we found out like you we will be the only ship in that day. Will be nice to hopefully take a casual stroll downtown.

No traffic. We flew thru downtown to Megan's Bay and back.

This morning we reported to the  Michelangelo dining room at 9:30 and were still sitting there just before 10 because one person hadn't left the ship. We finally got clearance and checked out... did the walk and were back on in like 10 min. We had friends boarding and we met up and went to Botticelli for lunch and made reservations for dinner there at 7.  We were all entertained at sailaway by the tug boat helping us get out of the port. No plans for after dinner. Might be an early night with dreams of getting into PC tomorrow.

Just taking an informal poll. If you have time -anyone on board, can you ask at any of the bars or a few of the bars if they have diet Dr Pepper or regular Dr Pepper. It’s more of a curiosity thing than anything. My personal opinion is, I’ve never seen it on a Princess ship, but…

Movie Under the Stars last night was Ant Man and the Wasp. Tonight is Mamma Mia!

Darn!  I missed that... we're having dinner in the Crown Grill. It's not like I haven't seen it 10 times.

Sunny when we left Princess Cay but then started raining again. Emerald has a cool library where you borrow books to read then return. Large selection

For those on the boat can you tell me if there is still an arcade near the casino? Seeing conflicting info online from years ago 🙂 Wondering what games they have and how much they are to play so I can budget my sons gaming 🤣
