BarJen Posted April 21 #1 Share Posted April 21 Asking because we read a few people saying on another social media platform that Carnival was no longer supplying loungers due to a safety hazard, Hoping this is just a silly rumor.

Was on Glory last week and saw them on any balcony large enough to have them. On my regular (small) balcony I had a chair with an adjustable back. mfs2k Posted April 24 #9 Share Posted April 24 (edited) I used to carry down a lounger from the pool deck to my regular balcony cabin on the first morning of the cruise and I'd keep it there all week. I got a few strange looks, but no one took it away or locked me up in a naughty room. Edited April 24 by mfs2k
Homosassa Posted April 26 #10 Share Posted April 26 If it is true, it appears it may be a recently implemented restriction across the cruise line industry. I have seen recent post regarding the same issue on MSC, RCCL, Celebrity, and other Carnival brands.

Unfortunately, it’s not just a rumor on some ships. Took two days and John Heald’s intervention before we could got them.
