Excursions for Royal Caribbean, Explorer of the Seas, Southern Caribbean March 2025

Hi all.  Can anyone recommend companies to take excursions with in Puerto Limon, Colon, Cartagena, Oranjestad and Willemstad please?

The best place to start research on excursions is in the appropriate Ports of Call board.  For these ports go to https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/456-caribbean/  for the islands and https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/54-panama-canal/  for the Canal ports.  On the latter board you will need to use the search function by port (upper right corner).  Good luck with your research,

Also try your cruises' roll call. On Boards, scroll down until you find Roll Calls, then search for your cruise by line, ship, date. It's actually very easy to do. If there is a roll call already set up, there may be excursions (outside of the ship's excursions) already set up. If nothing else, you may get ideas. 

 

The Ports of Call board is also an excellent source, as Capriccio said.

There are small roll calls for both of the March sailings.  I would plan on a ships tour for Colon.  There may be one person selling independent tours online…maybe.  Colon is an unsavory place.  You can’t go out of the port area and hail a cab for a tour, etc.  Not sure is Limon is much better.  EM

We did a private tour in a cab in Puerto Limon, Lot of cabs and private tours available on the dock. I agree about Colon would take a ships tour there or stay on the ship.
