DennysDad Posted May 10 #1 Share Posted May 10 Is there a place for new Celebrity Cruisers to go to learn like (Royal Caribbean Blog) etc? Website other than CC? So much to learn. Have no clue other than they have a large 55 plus customer base.
buzz031 Posted May 10 #2 Share Posted May 10 Searching this site is pretty educational. Also, when you go on a Celebrity cruise. talk to people (the coffee shop is a great place). Most people on a cruise are more than willing to share their experiences.

We could then tell you things that are similar or different. Also there are a number of good videos over on UTube.

SbbquilterUT Posted May 11 #6 Share Posted May 11 If you are familiar with Royal and enjoyed it Celebrity may fit well, we sail RCCL with our kids and now grandson but enjoy Celebrity when on our own. On the lovely E class ships you will find four dining rooms with open dining - we really enjoyed most of the food in them and as you have access to all menus we also could eat in the one dining room we enjoyed most. There were few kids on our 12 night cruise but many more on our 7 day August cruise. Theater is lovely with circular stage and amazing technical screens - no Broadway shows like Oasis class but production shows that were fine. There is also classic music in at least one space each evening. Eden is a magical space at the aft of the ship - we spent a lot of time there enjoying the scenery and playing board games or reading. The solarium adult area is very nice - as an early riser I would have it to myself to start the day reading or sipping coffee.
