Not really. There are lines for the timed boarding. There is a web rope for the suite line, and you will have to show your seapass for them to let you through. Look for the sign.  After that, there is a suite check in booth. We didn't have any wait. But that is assuming they are still using the temporary check in structure. 

Thanks.  That's what I needed to know.  Already did checkin and have our set sail pass.  Took  11 am time as I know LA traffic can be bad and our son will be driving us.  Will look for the sign.

I managed to drink for about 13 hours straight. I spent most of the day in the casino. I decided to have lunch at Chops. I walked in about noon and was able the get a table right away. It was pretty empty. The lunch was okay. I had a steak salad and the steak was pretty chewy. I didn’t complain but they noticed and offered to take 50% off my bill. I still left full so no harm done.

 

I realized this morning when I got up at 3 am still drunk that I had skipped dinner. I had to wait hours for everything to open so I could sober up.

While I was waiting to be snag some breakfast I decided I would dip into the jacuzzi. I’ve talked before about how they gross me out but decided I would work up the courage and just do it. 
 

The first attempt went well. I sat in the jacuzzi on the first step so up to my waist. I stayed in for about 15 minutes and read my book. 
 

I then went to breakfast with slightly wet bottoms under my sweats. I decided after breakfast that I’d go take another dip since I was still dressed for it. The second attempt didn’t go very well….

I walk into the solarium and set my stuff down. Earlier no one was in there but now there were maybe 5 people. I look over and a grown older man is on the floor in a wet bathing suit using his legs to push himself on his butt across the floor. We got butt crack and all. This continues for about 5 minutes. During this time I’ve gone over to the jacuzzi and put my feet in and am sitting on the edge. The man then gets up off the ground with all the filth now stuck to his body and gets in the jacuzzi. I was like nope. I’m out. Why are people so gross?

Now I’ll be phoning @Dupable to explain all the reasons we don’t start texting people at 8 am when they are on vacation. I’m all grown up and it is okay if I go 12 hours without checking in.

I almost didn’t call @Dupable when I saw her post on the supposed itinerary change. I could already play the conversation in my head before having it. I made the call anyways. The conversation went exactly as expected. She seriously asked me if I was sure about where I am. She then explained to me that my ship is in Mazatlan because we couldn’t dock in Puerto Vallarta. When I explained again patiently where I am and that those other places wouldn’t really be possible on a 3 day itinerary. She replied by asking me again if I’m sure I know where I am.

After listening to the sea lions all day I decided to go down and get a better look.

I did get the annoying notice at my door this afternoon that I had checked out towels still. Of course I did not. I went to deck 11 and they said they resolved it. It was an irritating task but i do appreciate that they at least give a heads up. I assume it is a bigger pain to resolve once off the ship. I’m not sure why it happened. When I was checking towels in and out this morning they weren’t busy.

I love your mooring line shot with the sea lion! I’ve seen a lot of mooring line shots and taken quite a few myself but I’ve never seen one with a sea lion!

The Bamboo Room is a ton of fun! They have specialty tiki drinks you can order. If Raj is there ask him to make his famous rainbow shots. So fun!

I went to the MDR for dinner. It was okay. I then spent the rest of the evening in the casino. It was packed with wall to wall folks before they opened. It was still packed when I headed to bed at 2 am. I was exhausted yesterday so today will be extra challenging. It is now 6:30 and we just pulled into port. 
 

When I originally booked with Mr. IT he didn’t want to rush so I booked a 2:30 flight. I prefer to rush and get home early. It is going to be a really long day.

Someone said he’s going on vacation in October which is when we are sailing so I am bummed. @Denversail could you check with him and see when he will back?
