If it doesn't come automatically, do you know who I can call without dealing with their "non" customer service dept.? I did write comments for a few outstanding employees and gave to the Guest Services staff, but I know the real impact comes from recommending them on the survey. Rare dickinson Posted May 24 #2 Share Posted May 24 Survey usually comes in your email just after midnight on the day of disembarkation. If you haven't received it yet then you probably won't. They sent a link to the survey so that I could complete it.
