Most I booked online with a few over the phone and a few on a ship. I completely understand people who use a TA for perks and possibly lower group fares. But I like having complete control over my bookings and I have always booked new ships the day bookings were available. I paid less for two Icon cruises in balconies this year including NYE, than prices I currently see online for one cruise on Icon. I think most of us that are advocates for cruise TA's will concede that not all TA's are alike. When you find a good one they are worth their weight in gold.
