List of current Broadway Shows

What shows are currently aboard what ships?  And is this due to change in foreseeable future?

Rccl almost never changes shows unfortunately 

oasis- cats

allure - mama mia

harmony - grease 

liberty - Saturday night fever

we enjoyed all , favorite was grease

Also Hairspray on Symphony and We Will Rock You on Anthem.

Here's the ones I know so far:

 

Oasis- "CATS" (get seats in the second row, center stage, trust me!)

Symphony- "Hairspray"

Allure- "Mamma Mia"

Anthem- "We Will Rock You"

Liberty- "Saturday Night Fever" (saw this twice, get seats in the third row, center stage for best views)

Harmony- "Grease"

 

I've seen all of these, some on Broadway ("CATS", "Grease", and "Mamma Mia"), some touring/regional/community theater ("Hairspray" and "Grease"), and some on ships ("CATS", "We Will Rock You", and "Saturday Night Fever"). I loved them all, and you can't really go wrong with any of them. "CATS" has amazing choreography and music, while the others have more compelling storylines and upbeat music. "Saturday Night Fever" has a sad ending to it, but definitely has high-energy choreography and music like "Hairspray". It all depends on what you're looking for.

 

I'd get there early, regardless of the show. In every case that I've seen, I've shown up about a half hour prior to showtime and they've already had lines waiting at the door. For both showings of "Saturday Night Fever" I went to, the auditorium was already half full about 20 min. prior to showtime.

Grease is also on the Independence of the Seas.

I sure wish RC would change up the shows on these ships.  We have been on Independence 3 times within a couple of years and seen Grease twice. Didn't care to see it fir a third time.

Too expensive and time consuming to change shows.

I've seen We Will Rock You (on Anthem) 8 times.  🙂
