Onboard credit look up.

Recommended Posts

You are not able to see OBC pre-boarding on your online account. To confirm the OBC you have to check your email confirmation of the cruise details.

Since you applied for the shareholder credit after you booked, you can always call HAL and ask them for an updated booking confirmation, which should show all OBC attached to the booking to make sure it is correct.

Our OBC is listed on the Booking Notification from our TA.

Not trying to be pedantic, but is it actually 'listed' (itemised) or is it that the total amount is noted?

Would love to be able to get a listing!

Only the total on the booking confirmation. A HAL rep can see the breakdown, buy it does not print on the booking confirmation form.

My travel agent has sent me a listing showing the OBC for each passenger before when asked.  I don't know if it's from her travel agency or Holland America.  Ask your agent about a listing instead of a total amount and perhaps they will be able to come up with it.

Once you are onboard you may check your shipboard account on the TV or go to guest services and get a printed copy (not advisable on day1 as guest services is always really busy on embarkation day.  The information is also on the Navigator
APP.  All of these are itemized listings of your OBC.  If something is missing wait a few days many times it shows up later.  If still missing visit guest services and they will fix the problem, be patient as many times they must communicate with Seattle to resolve the problem and it can take a couple of days.

There is no way on the web  page of seeing your OBC before you get on the ship. To make sure all is good write them at

reservations_submit@hollandamerica.com

Tell them you want your OBC and give them name, mariner ID, booking number, ship and voyage. It will take under a day to get a mail back of your total amount.

I will do it a few weeks before the cruise just to make sure everything matches what it should be.
