Cruises not showing in Princess.com personalizer

Yes same with me.  They are there on my future cruise list and also if you look under "Booked Guests" and then "Manage Booking".  But then when I click on one I get the old technical difficulties error.  The list of FDCs and OBC / casino free play is missing too.  Tried in multiple browsers on my laptop and phone with the same result so this seems like a widespread error.

I pulled down beverages and all booked cruises came up. It seems every few months there is a tech problem. I was able to print travel summary. Dealing with Princess requires incredible patience!

The displays are all back for me.  But when I click on any booked cruise I get the technical difficulties message.

I have multiple bookings and I’m not getting errors.

 

Did you notice they got rid of “cruise personalizer” category?

Booked Guests  then  “manage booking”.  About a month ago.

I was able to get in to one of our cruises this afternoon.  Then went back a while later and got the technical difficulties message.  Also searching for a cruise was funky this afternoon.  Funny but this stuff rarely happens to me even when others have reported issues.  They must be making a lot of changes.

I have multiple cruises booked.  Earlier today none of them showed.  Now they are back but when I click to open I get this screen.

Yep!  That's the same one I have gotten most times when I've tried today!

Same for me yesterday, but now they are showing in "my account" as well.

I got that about an hour ago ... single cruise booked

 

also, pricing not available to look at SUN P cruises

So today I can go and view a cruise that I get a discount on.  However, when I go to look at "my account" I get the technical difficulties menu.  I have tried on Chrome, Edge and on my phone and get the same thing.  Also when I go to my app to look at my upcoming cruise in February I can see my dining but cannot look at excursions or anything else.  So frustrating!!

Try Chrome's  'Incognito' window.

With Chrome open, go to the upper right, look for the three vertical dots, use that pull down menu and select "new incognito window" (edit - or use Ctrl+Shift+N). You'll have to sign in again. Don't know why, but I frequently get this to work when I'm getting that error message on the other browser window.
