Rare Essiesmom Posted Saturday at 05:05 PM #2 Share Posted Saturday at 05:05 PM The one in your phone will be fine, but it never hurts to have the paper copy. EM
suometar Posted Saturday at 06:23 PM #3 Share Posted Saturday at 06:23 PM I had both the ticket on my phone and a printout, and the agent only wanted to see the printout.

RandomUser123 Posted Saturday at 09:11 PM #5 Share Posted Saturday at 09:11 PM Always have a paper copy just in case. Phone could suddenly die on you.
Rare BirdTravels Posted 21 hours ago #6 Share Posted 21 hours ago I am old, so I always print a copy (don't want to be fiddling with a phone and potentially having someone handling my phone in the terminal).
SirWolf Posted 12 hours ago #7 Share Posted 12 hours ago The days of hardcopies are (almost) over. Many companies make it easy for customers to check-in by showing a barcode/QR-code on their phone or mobile device.. the code is scanned by the agent when checking-in. Most major airlines don’t require printed tickets anymore. Emirates Airlines uses a combination of QR code in airline APP and face recognition at the airport. Apple streamlined the ordering process and uses the barcode of the confirmation downloaded to the Wallet APP. The chance that a cellphone suddenly stops working is lower than misplacing or losing a piece of paper. Everyday life is changing.. if we like it or not 🤔
