Has anyone used GEO Blue insurance for travel insurance any thoughts

Check out www.tripinsurancetore.com. They are contributors to CC, in fact they are prominently displayed on the insurance board here. I have found that Steve is excellent and will go out of his way to get you the coverage you need at a good price.  I just bought from them and the cost for more coverage was about half what I found elsewhere.

Have had Allianz for years. $500 for two. Incredible medical/evacuation coverage, which is really the whole point.

Yes, I have used geoblue a few times.  It's important to distinguish between comprehensive trip insurance and trip medical insurance.  Geoblue only offers medical, which makes it much lower priced.  We don't usually get comprehensive trip insurance.  The money we have outlayed for the trip has already been budgeted, so worst case scenario is we lose it.  Vs having a medical emergency and racking up billls for hundreds of thousands of dollars.

You must not have done much looking.  I’ve checked them and found something totally different. (Cost, not service)

I have to be careful because of pre-existing conditions, age, and desire for very high medical limits.

I buy annual coverage from Geo Blue.  It provides great medical and I don't need comprehensive coverage since my CC provides that.

Yep. Me too on all three.  I buy policies at final payment with 60 day preexisting lookback.

If you are buying a policy at Final Payment that includes a Waiver of the Pre-Existing Medical Condition Exclusion, then the Lookback Period doesn't matter. Here's more information:
