What food do you MISS on a cruise?

I think the thing that I miss the most is pretzels. Last cruise to the caribbean, I looked all over for pretzels and could not find them. This cruise I am taking some with me!

I honestly cannot come up with a single thing that I cannot do without for a week or two.

 

Personally I think a cruise is a great chance to mix it up a bit, try things outside my comfort zone. If I try something and don't like it, I can get something else!!

nahhh i dont miss anything! i look forward to eating out of the ordinary, so i dont miss the boring stuff from home.

the only thing i really miss when im on a cruise is my dog!

Not really a missed food but when ever we go on holiday I always have to take my own tea bags. When visiting the US for the first time I "really" missed a good cupa, Lipton tea was horrible:(. I was like a kiddie with a sweetie bag in the British section of Epcot when I spotted they had Twinnings Earl Grey tea bags:cool:. From then on I always made sure to pack my own. Got my box already set aside for our first upcoming cruise. My favourite is Tetleys Earl Grey with Vanillia which I know I will never get on board ship:rolleyes:.

Don't really have a food I miss as I like to try different dishes, but Tea is another matter....

 

The Princess had high tea and the Ryndam had Tea from Thailand. Other ships have high tea. Nice experience

The Paradise had Mongolian BBQ on the Lido in the afternoon.

I am sure the MDR would make a rice dish for you. Not the same but close.

I am sure you could get enough of everything to make it look like chinese.

Really good steak. They try their best, but I'm from Kansas, and nothing compares to good old Flint Hills grazing beef.

I miss iced tea Canadian style. In Canada we have a different sweeter version, not really tea-ish at all, as opposed to the real brewed tea in the US. I miss that a lot and have to drink lemonade instead. :(
