prayers needed crew members Oosterdam

Hi everyone,

 

last night the captain had to turn the ship around and head back to our last port of Kussadsi [sp]. There was a serious accident onboard involving two crew members and we had to get them to hospital. The captain has asked for our prayers for these guys so I pass this on to the many good people on these boards. We don't know any details yet but are just keeping our fingers crossed. We have now reached Santorini a few hours late - but who cares.

 

Otherwise this is a great cruise and have met many lovely people.

Yes I too send prayers out to the two crew memebers of the Oosterdam. We all know they work so hard then to have something happen that they would have to take them to a hospital. I so hope they will be alright.

I hope the OP posts again with details about what happened. Of course, I am concerned about the 2 crew members, but more info would be helpful. Did they get injured in an accident or are they ill?
