Good morning. Thanks for the Fleet and Daily Report. A warm morning here, already 19C (67F) going up to 25C (77F) and chance of showers this afternoon. Bertie and I will go for a walk when it's a little bit lighter outside. Cheeseburgers for dinner! Yes, that's what we'll have. I have some wonderful women friends. I'm fortunate to have a husband who makes me feel appreciated every day.❤️ Not sure I agree with the quote, but it is food for thought. @dfishYou just need the right people to see your house. Several years ago, we moved when DH got a new job. We listed our house and waited. After what seemed like forever, we got an offer on August 3, we closed on August 16. The movers had to hustle to get us out in time, but we did it!

Good morning and thank you for the Fleet and Daily Report. We had a nice rain yesterday and today starts out on the cool side but should warm up to 21C (70F) and sunny this afternoon. A lovely late summer day. The trees are already starting to turn, autumn is not far away. I'm not too superstitious (knock wood 😁). Love peanuts, especially in peanut butter that becomes peanut butter cookies. 🙂 I like the quote. Not sure about the meal, I'll wait until I see the recipe.
